Carlisle's FleeceBACK TPO Roofing System Protects New State-of-the-Art Aircraft Warehouse in Oklahoma City

In mid-2023, construction began on a 842,043 square-foot aircraft engine component warehouse in Oklahoma City. Coontz Roofing, a Carlisle Authorized Applicator, was chosen to install a roofing system that met strict windstorm and hail classifications. The assembly included Carlisle's 1.75-inch InsulBase Polyiso insulation, a VSH-rated cover board, and FleeceBACK TPO with Octaguard XT(tm) weathering technology for enhanced puncture resistance. Despite challenging winter conditions, Coontz Roofing installed up to 25,000 square feet of membrane daily, using heated spray rigs to maintain adhesive temperatures. The project was completed 45 days ahead of schedule, including a custom-color logo on the roof. Coontz Roofing's efficiency and quality ensured long-term protection for the facility.
